This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of ORVESTRA software supplied by DigiSoft d.o.o. By installing or using ORVESTRA, you agree to this Agreement.
DigiSoft d.o.o. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use ORVESTRA according to the licence edition and number of authorised devices purchased or assigned to you.
You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, rent, lease, circumvent licence controls, or use ORVESTRA beyond the authorised licence scope. You may not reverse engineer or modify the software except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
ORVESTRA may contact DigiSoft licensing services to activate and validate a licence or trial. Temporary cached validation or grace periods may be used when the licensing service is unavailable.
You are responsible for correct audio routing, gain structure, loudspeaker protection and system operation. Incorrect DSP, limiter, routing or level settings may damage equipment or hearing.
Updates may add, change or remove functionality. DigiSoft d.o.o. is not obliged to provide any particular update or continued compatibility with third-party hardware or operating systems.
ORVESTRA is licensed, not sold. DigiSoft d.o.o. and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual-property rights in the software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORVESTRA is provided “as is” and without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiSoft d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of audio service, data, revenue or equipment arising from use or inability to use the software.
This licence terminates if you materially breach this Agreement. Following termination, you must stop using and remove ORVESTRA.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without excluding mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
